Regulatory status
Faisal Al Rashdi Advocates & Legal Consultants (FALC) is a law firm registered in the Sultanate of Oman and regulated under the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law issued by Royal Decree 41/2024.

Our lawyers advise on the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Where a matter involves the law of another jurisdiction, we work with qualified local counsel and will tell you so.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, write to us at info@falc.om. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond in writing. If we cannot resolve it, you may raise the matter with the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs.

We are required to verify the identity of our clients and, where relevant, their beneficial owners, before accepting instructions.
