FALC represents employers and corporate clients in employment disputes at the Primary Court and Court of Appeal under Oman's labour law, with a positive track record representing companies. Most matters concern termination of employment contracts, compensation, unpaid salaries and unpaid leave entitlements, alongside disciplinary measures and workplace safety. The Department also manages litigation portfolios of dozens or hundreds of cases at once, applying one consistent legal strategy to the specific facts of each case, including 110 collective labour claims concluded for one major corporate client in day-batched hearing bundles. On the advisory side, the firm advises on employment contracts, employee rights, company employment regulations and Ministry of Labour dispute-settlement procedures.
