Faisal Al Rashdi Advocates & Legal Consultants (FALC) is an Omani law firm built for the Sultanate's most consequential work: cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment fund mandates for sovereign and institutional investors, and high-value litigation and arbitration.
Over two decades the firm has led or supervised legal mandates with an aggregate value above USD 3 billion, handled investment projects across 19 jurisdictions on five continents, and built one of the country's most active disputes practices, with thousands of cases over two decades.
Since 2017, FALC has served as external legal counsel to Oman's sovereign wealth institutions. The firm is led by a fully Omani, bilingual team, advising in Arabic and English, and acts for a large number of foreign investors into Oman.
