Faisal is the founder and Managing Partner of FALC and one of Oman's leading corporate and investment lawyers. With twenty years of experience, beginning in the Public Prosecution, he has led and supervised mandates with an aggregate transaction value exceeding USD 3 billion across the energy, telecommunications, mining, logistics, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Since 2017, he has served as trusted external counsel to the Sultanate's sovereign wealth fund and its predecessor, including a national development fund.
