Maryam Al Alawi

Maryam, an LLB graduate of the University of Leeds, has experience in corporate law, including joint venture incorporations, share purchase agreements, investment fund structuring, and the drafting of commercial agreements across the consultancy, telecommunications, satellite services and maritime sectors. She has also supported newly established companies with company establishment and initial legal documentation.
